The Cana is created using yellow cactai beans and is grown in the Mogiana region across the Divinolandia Coop. Expect a delicate acidity with notes of persimmon and honey. This coffee holds a Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) rating of 85, which is deemed ‘excellent’!
